Born in Galway, Ireland my introduction to the stage was through the genre of musicals working in productions such as 'Aladdin', 'West side story', 'Oklahoma','South Pacific' and 'Life is a birch' with artistic directors Neville Styles and Peter Kennedy.
I have over ten years experience as a contemporary dancer and worked with Anne Donnelly as a member of the East Galway Dance Company in Ireland before joining the Laban school of contemporary dance in London. I was awarded first place at the Irish National Kellogg’s P.E. Awards for a devised contemporary dance piece , and have assisted in choreographing and devising various theatrical productions across Ireland.

I have had the wonderful opportunity of working with Milfid Ellis, (Film maker with Altman, (The Player) and Peter Greenaway ( The Pillow Book ) , Brian Deacon (Actor Warner Bros, BBC) , Brian Skeet, Director (The misadventures of Margaret, The Weekend), Rebecca Johnson (Director, That sinking feeling – Kodak award), David Knight (Director, Footballers Wives), Roy Gould (T.V. producer ‘The booze Cruise III) ,Bernard Shaw (BBC Audio Producer), David Bingam (Fox films and formerly Bill Kenwright), David Hunt (Artistic Director, Act Now theatre company), (co-producer, BingHunt Productions), Tony James , (Artistic Director ,Cracked Mirror Theatre Company, writer of 6 half-hour plays for BBC Radio 4 and the World Service), Michaela Kennen (Dialect Coach, National Theatre), Andrew Harries (Theatre Royal Bath & Y.A.T) and Simon Fraser (Associate and Musical Director,Absolute Theatre).

I am involved with the Rocliffe Forum having worked with Dallas Campbell and The New Producers Alliance.
